Already known for being a front-runner in the industry, the growing ISP has made the strategic decision to provide a financially backed Service Level Agreement (SLA) available for all its On Net Business Broadband services.

Whilst the broadband market is competitive, many smaller ISP’s seem to opt for offering low cost services rather than broadband options that match business user’s needs; as fast as possible with unmetered usage. As reliance on broadband increases exponentially, businesses have responded to the fact that reliability is a key element when choosing a provider. As a result, Spectrum Internet has revised its Service Level Agreement for all On Net Business Broadband services such as Fibre Broadband and Managed broadband, which compensates the customer if the service is not available for 99% of the time. All customers already contracted for these services will immediately benefit for this new agreement too.
